Return and refund policy

If you are not satisfied with your order, I’ll be happy to accept a return. All sales from inkycatprints.com have a 14-day return policy*, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to contact me to request a return. I will then provide you with the information on how and where to send your package.

Please make sure to ship the items back in the original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Kindly note that you'll be responsible for the cost of the return shipment. I will, however, reimburse the original delivery cost, excluding any customs fees.

I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. The refund amount may reflect any damage or use.

With partial returns for orders that were shipped for free because of the total order amount, shipping costs for the remaining order will be deducted from the refunded amount if the total of the remaining items falls below the free shipping threshold.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

*Gift cards, downloadable products, custom-made items, and sale items are non-refundable. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
