Shipping policy

Do you ship abroad and what are the shipping rates?

Yes, I ship abroad! For orders over € 90 shipping is FREE to all locations.

For orders under € 90 a flat shipping rate applies as follows:
  • The Netherlands: € 5 tracked shipping
  • The European Union (EU): € 10 tracked shipping
  • All other locations (including the UK and US): € 15 tracked shipping
The shipping rate (free or flat rate) will be processed at checkout, based on your location and order value.

Tracked shipping

All orders are sent out with tracked shipping. The track & trace number will be emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched, so you will be able to check its status during transit.

Once your order arrives in your country, your local courier will take over. If you are in the US for example, your delivery will be handled by USPS.

For safe delivery, a signature may be required upon receipt of your package.

Dispatch and transit times

Orders are usually sent out within 5-7 working days from Amsterdam, the Netherlands. The transit time after that varies per destination, but deliveries to the EU, UK, and US usually arrive within 10-15 working days after dispatch.

For specific information for all locations, please reference this overview. (Find your location in the list, and then look at the column "Parcels with Track & Trace" to get an indication of the delivery time after dispatch.)

A number of factors can influence the transit time, this may deviate for example due to:
  • Local holidays
  • Dealing with customs in the country of destination
  • Strikes or other special events in the country of destination
Please note that I have no control over, and am not responsible for any delays during transit.

Customs

Within the EU no tax is charged at customs. For orders outside of the EU, there may be extra charges applied by customs. Note that any costs incurred by customs are the responsibility of the recipient.

Damages and other issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item please contact me immediately, so that I can put things right. I will endeavour to either send you a replacement or offer a refund. Please hold onto the original packaging and print(s) in case photos are required for insurance purposes.
